The addition of Ritchie Village to our portfolio of corporate housing options will give our travelers and individuals in transition a more budget friendly option to choose from. Ritchie Village is located in Appleton only blocks away from highway access and main shopping and business on Appleton’s west side also known as Grand Chute.
The first lease opening will be Sunday, November 3rd.
Each of the 16 furnished units are half of ranch duplexes each with attached single car garages. The units are a modest ~475 square feet with a mini kitchen (no dishwasher) and apartment sized stove and refridgerator, as well as a kitchen dining table and chairs. The mini living room includes sofa, end tables, coffee table, flatscreen with cable. The bedroom offers a simple full-sized bedroom set.
We will also be adding private laundries to each unit as new leases are signed (installed within first two weeks of tenancy). The large walk in closet pictured is where the laundry center is placed as each unit is lightly upgraded. The photos showing the red accents in living room and kitchen; and teal bed and bath are an example of lightly refinished unit. (The other photos show before I add a bit of extra design and decorating.)
The price point for the fully furnished one-bedroom units with full bill consolidation (cable/wifi/internet/utilities/lawn care/snow removal) is $1,600 per month, nearly $1000 less than our other corporate offerings with more high end appointments and larger layouts.
Photos show some examples of standard units, with some light design updates planned before each of their releases (as well as addition of private laundries for new tenants within two weeks of check in.) The teal bedroom and kitchen/living room with red accents is the presentation level you can expect.
