Located in our sweet little private neighborhood at Ritchie Village, this one-bedroom has a fun bicycle theme that runs through the small, freshly-designed place. From gear-edged coasters to coffee and end tables with built in bike spokes, travelers will delight in the details.

In May 2020 the unit was completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, backsplash, furnishings and more.

What we love: Private in unit stackable washer/dryer, private garage entry with remote and dishwasher. Well stocked full kitchen with apartment-sized stove, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. This unit checks all the boxes our travelers ask for to include first floor, private access, seperation between guests (each duplex is seperated by the two private garages).

What to be aware of: This is a small space, roughly 500 square feet. The bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed and side tables with built in USBs. We left the archway between bedroom and living room open for a more studio open concept to this one bedroom. A set of six custom cut curtains divide the space or can be drawn to open things up. The space is used well in that the living room open to the kitchen has a large feel, but guests should be aware of the size before booking!

Neighborhood: Just a few miles from both Appleton area hospitals, closer yet to Big Box stores and restaurants and Highway 41 access. Our neighborhood is all side by side duplexes on a private no through road situated not far from the frontage road of Hwy 41.

When you open up your latest construction project for bids, plenty of vendors will likely respond but the quality of their bids will vary dramatically. From finding missing information to reworking line items for easier leveling to untangling crossed lines of communication, you will be responsible for doing what it takes to turn imperfect bid proposals into great construction estimates.

Moreover, you’ll need to consider more than just costs. A low bid doesn’t always mean that you got lucky; it could mean that bidder doesn’t completely understand the scope, costs and deadlines of your project. An ostensibly low bid may actually lead to unexpected change orders and schedule mishaps that will consume the money you thought you were saving.
