The last tenant left her furnishing behind and before we get rid of everything or some of it or refurbish it, offering it up as part of our furnished portfolio for someone who is seeking more humble (slightly distressed) furnishings. We are offering this unit up in several different ways until we begin remodeling August 25th, 2023. The location is absolutely wonderful, just a block from a nice park, Lake Winnebago (amazing views for a walk just about two football fields away from our building). Also walking distance from EAA. This is a four-unit brick building, and each unit comes with a garage with remote entry. The kitchen features abundant storage and cabinetry, and the woodwork is a step above the average typical apartment building with nice shelving in many of the closets and two closets per bedroom. Pictures are before we get rid of the mattresses and extra electronics, and plans are in place for a late August-early September update to include repainting, reflooring, custom backsplash, cabinet refinishing, new countertops, and potentially a built in fireplace/entertainment center. We can have the fully updated unit ready for early to mid-September guests (depending on how far ahead you book).
LONG TERM REMODELED: Once we remodel this beautifully-spacious unit to our typical style, we will be offering it for $1,400 rent + required bill package of $200 including utilities, garage, lawn/snow service and WiFi. (The included bill package is a value of roughly $400, depending on use, but we include it for $1,600 to our one year or longer guests).
Yes we do accept pets, $250 pet fee. Cleaning fee is waived for this unit as a long-term rental.
*We will consider individuals traveling on a work crew gainfully employed (Mexican drivers licenses okay with local company placement) steady employment with a solid wage, willing to give you a chance during your transition and with light furnishing and all bills included this can help.
