Property Description

The Bunny Borrow has a delightfully warm but gorgeous design. We combined high-end finishes in a completely down-to-the stud remodel with a touch of a cottagey country decor to give this unit the comfort of home.

The kitchen is designed with a beautiful seaglass tile and nordic storm quartz counters (white with bold black veining), which open into a charming dining nook with bench and two seats. The living area has a built in marble tile 60″ modern fireplace and 58″ smart TV with cable and smart functions. The couch is a robust comfortable sectional our guests can sink into and the floor is a fresh farmhouse wood pattern.

The bathroom features a freshly installed deep tub and black and white tile and the bedrooms include a king bed and two extra long twins. (Note full pictures of this unit are not yet all available as we finish design and construction. The photos of the bedrooms are of the neighboring unit until we complete the design, but are essentially identical with a different theme. The photos shown of living and dining areas are of the unit short of a few finishing touches.

This unit is located on the first floor of a brick fourplex with ample free parking and free access to laundry just up the steps. The full building is all corporate housing with guests typically staying an average of three months. The units include all utilities, cable/Wifi, lawn/snow care, and all amenities. This unit would be appropriate for up to four adults with ample space for cooking, sleeping, dining, etc.

We can add in unit laundry on request in this unit for an additional $100 a month on a lease of five months or more, should this be a request of our traveling VIPs.

Ample parking right up front and a large backyard shared, but almost never used by our other guests (although they are welcomed to it). There are no garages on this site. The location is in walking distance from ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, formerly Appleton Medical Center, on Meade Street (about 1.5 miles). Conveniently located on the north side of Appleton for those desiring North school district, and only minutes from all Appleton area high schools due to convenient northcentral location and easy highway 41 access.
