The Celestial Suite, the Peacock Penthouse and Appleton Atlantis will be released during the month of August 2022 all equally appointed. Eight additional units will be released throughout the fall.

Clients should be aware that we have light construction going on in some of the units. This light construction includes updating tile and flooring replacement in last remaining units awaiting updates. (The 610 building has only one-unit remaining updates as of September 2022. This is a nice neighborhood in walking distance from restaurants. The unit has a small private patio. The property has a modest outdoor area with a picnic table and pine trees for outdoor lunching.
