Ritchie Village is located in Appleton only blocks away from highway access and main shopping and business on Appleton’s west side also known as Grand Chute.

Each of the 16 furnished units are half of ranch duplexes each with attached single car garages. The units are 560 square feet with a mini kitchen (this unit also has upgraded dishwasher and granite countertops) but all have an apartment sized stove and refrigerator, as well as a kitchen dining table and chairs. The living room includes sofa, end tables, new modern electric fireplace and large 50-65″ new flat screen smart TVs.

Upgrades also include new private in unit laundries, updated flooring and decor.

Pictured here is Unit 10. We have 16 of these units all with varying design, with avails rotating in approximately every three weeks.

Terms: $1875 per month base. $150 Cleaning Fee. $250 per pet fee. 30 day NTV $500 security. Based on three months or more length of stay and start date of September-May.
